| im 78 kgs nd i want 2 become 88 kgs in a month. iv been this weight 4 a long time , even when im goin 2 de gym very regularly - so from these reviews it looks a good product. but how much grams of the product do u av 2 take every day? so how long will it last? | |

| i took one scoop twice a day for 2 months and gained 15 pounds. i also ate 6 meals a day and the 2 drinks were not inculded. great supplement for off season bulking. | |
